Description

These no-bake strawberry protein balls are a healthy, easy snack, packed with plant-based protein and natural sweetness from dried strawberries and almond flour. Perfect for a post-workout snack or an afternoon pick-me-up!


Ingredients

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (plant-based)

1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, protein powder, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, chia seeds, and salt.
  2. Add in the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir everything together until a dough forms.
  3. Use your hands to roll the dough into 12 small balls.
  4. Place the protein balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
