1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, Greek yogurt, eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and water. Stir well until smooth and fully combined.
