Description

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped

1/2 cup almond flour

1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

10 medjool dates, pitted

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt


Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the walnuts, almond flour, shredded coconut, and sea salt. Pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. Add the pitted dates, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil. Process until everything is well combined and sticky.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper, spreading it out evenly.
