1 cup cocoa powder
½ cup strong coffee
2 cups coconut cream
1 cup cherries, pitted

In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of coconut cream, brown sugar, ½ cup tahini, cocoa powder, and coffee. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, whisking to combine for 3-5 minutes. Once smooth, remove from heat and whisk in the remaining 2 cups of coconut cream.
