  • ½ cup salsa

  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, draining excess fat.

  5. Add the beef mixture and 1 cup of shredded cheese to the bowl; pour in enchilada sauce and mix well.

  8. Sprinkle the remaining 2 cups of cheese on top.
