A delicious fusion of tacos and spaghetti, this dish features a zesty beef sauce with all your favorite taco toppings!
Ingredients
8 ounces spaghetti
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the onion and garlic to the skillet, and sauté until the onion is soft, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and water, and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add the salsa and cooked spaghetti to the skillet, stirring well to coat the pasta with the sauce.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the sour cream until well combined.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and let it melt for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and cilantro before serving.

- Use gluten-free spaghetti for a gluten-free option.
- Adjust the taco seasoning level to your spice preference.
- Optionally, serve with tortilla chips on the side.
