Description

A creamy, protein-packed dip that blends the tangy flavors of ranch seasoning with nutrient-rich spinach. Perfect for parties, potlucks, or a healthy snack, this dip pairs well with fresh vegetables, crackers, or chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 carrot, peeled and chopped

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, garlic, ranch seasoning, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and fold in the drained spinach and chopped carrot.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let flavors meld.
  4. Serve chilled with fresh vegetables, crackers, or chips. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Swap sour cream with Greek yogurt for extra protein.
  • Add cayenne pepper or jalapeños for a spicy kick.
  • Stir in Parmesan or cheddar for a cheesy upgrade.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Best served cold, but can be slightly warmed in the microwave if desired.
