- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

- 20 ounces vanilla melting wafers

- Line a large baking sheet with waxed or parchment paper and set aside.
- In a food processor, pulse the Golden Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the cookie crumbs and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Mix until fully combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll into balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Freeze the truffle balls for 10-15 minutes to firm them up.
- Melt the vanilla melting wafers according to package instructions. Stir in the remaining 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
- Combine the granulated sugar with ½ teaspoon cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Using a fork, dip each truffle into the melted coating, letting excess drip off. Place back on the baking sheet.
- While the coating is still wet, sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes or until the coating is set.
