- Use a cookie scoop to portion the dough. Flatten each dough ball, place a marshmallow in the center, and roll the dough around the marshmallow. Coat the dough ball in additional Rice Krispies cereal.
- Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes, until golden on the edges and slightly gooey in the center.
- Let the cookies cool slightly on the baking sheet before serving.
