Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast filet
  • ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese (reduced fat)
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce

Instructions
