Arrange the Reese's Peanut Butter Cups in the pan, spaced evenly.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate frosting and milk chocolate. Microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds, then stir until completely melted. If necessary, return to the microwave for 30 more seconds.
