Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease the cups.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Stir in the Nutella, melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full. If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
