Description

This Million Dollar Ravioli Lasagna is the ultimate shortcut lasagna recipe made with cheesy ravioli, rich marinara, and creamy ricotta. Perfect for busy weeknights or feeding a crowd, this baked pasta dish is pure comfort food with maximum flavor and minimal effort.

Ingredients

Ingredients:

12 lbs cheese ravioli (refrigerated or frozen)

3 cups marinara sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 ½ cups ricotta cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: 1 lb cooked ground beef or Italian sausage

Instructions

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

If using frozen ravioli, cook per package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Layer half the ravioli over the sauce. Top with half of the ricotta mixture, spreading evenly.

Add more marinara and a layer of mozzarella.

Repeat with remaining ravioli, ricotta, marinara, and mozzarella.

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove foil and bake an additional 15–20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Let sit for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.

Notes

  • You can assemble the lasagna up to 24 hours in advance and bake when ready.
  • For extra protein, add cooked sausage or ground beef between the layers.
  • Add sautéed vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for a vegetarian variation.
  • Use meat or spinach-filled ravioli for a twist.
  • Let the lasagna rest before cutting for cleaner slices.
