Ingredients
2 pieces of naan bread
1 lb chicken breast, grilled and sliced
1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
1 cup cucumber, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the naan bread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil with oregano, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture over the naan bread.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of tzatziki sauce evenly over each piece of naan.
- Top the naan with grilled chicken slices, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the naan is crispy and the toppings are heated through.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
- You can substitute grilled chicken with leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Use store-bought tzatziki sauce or make your own for a fresher taste.
