Ingredients
1 bag frozen tater tots (32 oz)
1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Salt and pepper to taste

- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the beef layer.
- Return the loaded tater tots to the oven for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with diced red onion, sliced jalapeños, sour cream, chopped green onions.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
