Ingredients
1 box brownie mix (any variety)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (or nuts of your choice)
1/4 cup M&Ms or mini marshmallows (optional)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, flour, and salt.
- Add the oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and stir until fully combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, walnuts, and any additional mix-ins like M&Ms or mini marshmallows.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are still soft.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
