Ingredients
1 cup (226 g) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup (200 g) brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups (280 g) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup (170 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup (85 g) white chocolate chips
1/2 cup crushed pretzels
1/2 cup crushed potato chips
1/2 cup red and green M&Ms
1/4 cup festive holiday sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, crushed pretzels, potato chips, M&Ms, and holiday sprinkles. Be careful not to overmix.
- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centers are set.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
