  • 1 cup Mallow Bits (mini marshmallows are not recommended)

  3. Add Mix-Ins: Stir in chocolate chips and Mallow Bits until evenly distributed.
  4. Chill the Dough: Cover the dough and chill for at least 30 minutes (up to 24 hours).
  5. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  6. Shape and Bake: Drop 2-tablespoon portions onto the sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake for 9–11 minutes, until edges are lightly browned.
  7. Cool and Serve: Let cookies cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheets before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
