23 tbsp almond milk

  3. Gradually stir in flour until just combined—do not overmix.

  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

  6. While baking, prepare glaze: whisk powdered sugar, almond milk, and vanilla until smooth.

  7. Let donuts cool slightly. Dip in glaze and let set on a rack.
