Description

Ingredients

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce
  • 2 pounds skinless halibut fillets

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven broiler and set the rack 6 inches from the heat source. Grease a baking sheet and place the halibut fillets on it.
  • Broil the fish for 8 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  • While the fish is cooking, mix the Parmesan, butter, mayonnaise, green onions, lemon juice, salt, and hot pepper sauce in a bowl.
