Ingredients
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
- 2 pounds skinless halibut fillets
Instructions
- Preheat the oven broiler and set the rack 6 inches from the heat source. Grease a baking sheet and place the halibut fillets on it.
- Broil the fish for 8 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- While the fish is cooking, mix the Parmesan, butter, mayonnaise, green onions, lemon juice, salt, and hot pepper sauce in a bowl.
- Spread the Parmesan mixture over the fish and broil for another 2 minutes until golden and bubbly.
