Ingredients

  • 8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter.
  • Layer the sliced eggs and crumbled sausage in the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Whisk together milk, heavy cream, mustard powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a mixing bowl.
  • Pour the mixture evenly over the eggs and sausage. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top.
  • Dot the casserole with small pieces of butter.
