  1. In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavors.

  1. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Remove chicken from marinade and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  3. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.

4. Assemble the Gyros:

  1. Warm pita bread on the grill or in a dry skillet for about 1 minute.
  2. Place slices of cooked chicken onto each pita.
  3. Top with tomato slices, red onion, and fresh lettuce.

5. Add Tzatziki & Serve:
