  2. Let the Dough Rise: Transfer to a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 60-90 minutes, or until doubled in size.

  3. Make the Filling: Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.

  4. Shape the Rolls: Punch down the dough and roll it into an 18 x 10-inch rectangle. Lightly brush the surface with water or almond milk, then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar evenly over it.

  5. Roll and Cut: Roll the dough into a log and pinch the seam to seal. Use string or dental floss to cut into 12 equal pieces.

  6. Second Rise: Place rolls in a 9x12-inch pan lined with parchment paper, leaving ½ inch of space between each. Let them rise for 30 minutes.

  7. Preheat the Oven: Set to 350°F (180°C).

  8. Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
