1 cup tomato sauce
½ cup water
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp salt (or to taste)
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp onion powder

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground turkey until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and oregano. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Return turkey to the skillet. Add tomato sauce, water, garlic, oregano, basil, parsley, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Stir to combine.
