    • Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients:

    • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients:

    • In a large bowl, whisk melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Combine & Fold:

    • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir just until combined.
    • Fold in 1 cup of white chocolate chips and chopped nuts (if using).
  5. Bake:

    • Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
    • Sprinkle remaining ¼ cup white chocolate chips on top.
    • Bake for 23-27 minutes until edges are lightly browned and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  6. Cool & Slice:

    • Let blondies cool completely in the pan before slicing into 15 bars.
