Ingredients
2 pounds sirloin steak, cubed
6 large russet potatoes, peeled and diced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place the cubed steak, diced potatoes, and chopped onion in the Crockpot.
- Pour the beef broth over the ingredients and stir in the ranch seasoning mix, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or until the steak is tender and the potatoes are fully cooked.
- Once cooked, stir in the sour cream and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
