Description

A hearty and comforting dish with tender steak, creamy potatoes, and all the classic loaded potato toppings, made effortlessly in your Crockpot.


Ingredients

2 pounds sirloin steak, cubed

6 large russet potatoes, peeled and diced

1 medium onion, chopped

1 cup beef broth

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Place the cubed steak, diced potatoes, and chopped onion in the Crockpot.
  2. Pour the beef broth over the ingredients and stir in the ranch seasoning mix, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or until the steak is tender and the potatoes are fully cooked.
  4. Once cooked, stir in the sour cream and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Cover and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
