1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups crushed Oreo cookies (about 15 Oreos)

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a stand mixer or large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry flour mixture, mixing in three batches until fully combined.

Stir in white chocolate chips and crushed Oreos.

Scoop the dough into 13 equal portions (about 5 ounces each), and roll them into smooth balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheets.

Gently press down on the dough balls to flatten slightly.

Bake for 13-14 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is still soft.

Remove from the oven and immediately press additional white chocolate chips and Oreo pieces into the top of each cookie.

Let the cookies cool completely on the baking sheets before transferring them to a cooling rack.
