  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup creamy garlic sauce
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken evenly with the seasonings.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fully cooked through. Remove from heat and allow the chicken to cool slightly.
  3. Lay the tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce over each tortilla.
  4. Evenly divide the cooked chicken onto the tortillas. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Fold each tortilla over the filling to form a wrap.
  6. Using the same pan, grill the wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese melts and the tortillas are golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the pan, slice each wrap in half, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
