- 200 g NESTLÉ DESSERT Dark Chocolate
- 150 g unsalted butter, softened
- 250 g brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons warm water
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Coffee Mixture: Dissolve the 4 NESCAFÉ Cappuccino Choco Blanc sticks in 2 tablespoons of warm water. Set aside.
- Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 150 g of dark chocolate at 500W for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Stir until smooth. Reserve the remaining 50 g for chocolate chips.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: Cream together the softened butter and brown sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Add the egg and mix well. Pour in the dissolved cappuccino mixture and melted chocolate, stirring until fully combined.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Sift together flour and baking powder, then gradually add them to the wet mixture, mixing until a dough forms. Chop the reserved 50 g of dark chocolate into chips and fold them into the dough.
- Shape Cookies: Roll dough into small balls and place on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each ball gently with your hand.
- Bake: Bake for 10-14 minutes, depending on the size of the cookies, until the edges are set.
- Cool: Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
