Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
  • 1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
